A powerful musical playlist will take you on a movement journey that gets you out of your mind and into your body. You will release tension and have fun. A perfect lunch time break to re-energize you. (for kids and adults)

Weekly small group discussions designed to build community and dive deeper into discussions such as personal development, societal issues, unconscious bias, an other topics. This is an intentional community and participants are asked to commit to communication guidelines to create healthy and respectful discussions.
